How do you safely drop a tall pine close to a new house?
We don't usually drop them whole near a finished house. A climber goes up and removes the top in sections, lowering each piece on rope so nothing hits the structure or landscaping. The trunk comes down in controlled lengths. It's slower than felling but it keeps the new build and lawn unharmed.
