Emergency & Storm Tree Removal

When wind, ice, or wet snow drops a tree on your house, your car, or across the driveway, you need help fast. Send the contact form any hour and mark it urgent, and storm damage goes straight to the top of our list. We run emergency storm crews across Augusta, Waterville, and all of Kennebec County. Maine storms do not keep business hours, and neither do we.

Who do you contact to remove a fallen tree or branches? A licensed, insured tree service that runs emergency crews. Send our contact form any hour and we prioritize it. For a live power line down, call 911 and Central Maine Power first, then reach out to us to clear the tree once the line is safe.

How It Works

What to expect

  • Step 1

Send the form, day or night

Tell us what came down and how urgent it is, and we dispatch a crew. If a power line is involved, call 911 and CMP first, because that always comes before any tree work.

  • Step 2

    Make the property safe

We stabilize the immediate hazard, tarp openings where a tree has broken through, and stop further damage.

  • Step 3

    Remove the tree

Insured crews carefully cut and lift the tree off the structure, vehicle, or driveway using rigging and crane support as needed.

  • Step 4

    Document for your insurance

We photograph the damage and the work so you have what you need for a homeowner insurance claim.

Questions

Emergency & Storm Tree Removal: common questions

A tree just fell on my house. What do I do first?

If anyone is hurt or a power line is involved, call 911 and Central Maine Power immediately and stay clear of the line. Once people are safe, send us the contact form and flag it urgent, and we will get a crew moving and tarp any opening to stop further water damage.

Can you help at night and on weekends?

Yes. Storm damage is an emergency and we treat it like one. Send the contact form any hour and mark it urgent, and storm-damage requests jump to the front of the line.

Will insurance cover storm tree removal?

Often yes, especially when a tree hits a structure. We photograph and document the damage and the removal so you have what your adjuster needs. Coverage depends on your policy, so check with your insurer.

Can you handle a tree on power lines?

Safety first: a downed line is a job for 911 and the utility before anyone touches the tree. Once the line is de-energized and safe, we clear the tree.
